About Me

I am a current resident in the Johns Hopkins Neurosurgery Residency Program. I graduated from the Physician Scientist Training Program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

I was previously a part of the Rehab and Neural Laboratories (RNEL) with Drs. Pirondini and Capogrosso. Our research focused on studying the assistive effects of neuromodulation techniques, including spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and deep brain stimulation (DBS). We were particularly interested in investigating these techniques for stroke, spinal muscular atrophy, spinal cord injury, and other motor function disorders. I also worked with Dr. Gonzalez-Martinez to study responsive neurostimulation (RNS) and intra-operative CCEPs during cortical resections for the treatment of drug-resistant epilepsy.
